Interesting podcast episode from Singularity University with Nicholas Kardaras on digital addiction. Many things I recognize from my own digital addiction episodes years ago. A research with rats show that it was not that much the addictive drug they got, it was the lack of social interaction that made them depressed and addicts. That my be why I felt and got better in my depression. Going to 12 steps meetings gave me some of the social interaction I needed.
